Certificate of Attendance
A Certificate of Attendance for the 3rd EAU Section of Urological Imaging can be downloaded on this website with your badge barcode number as of Monday 17 November 2014.

Cloakroom/Luggage
A cloakroom is available and is at participants’ disposal during congress hours. Please be sure to collect all personal belongings at the end of the day.

CME accreditation
The `3rd Meeting of the EAU Section of Urological Imaging’ (6 CME points) is accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide the following CME activity for medical specialists. The EACCME is an institution of the European Union of Medical Specialists (UEMS), www.uems.net.

Congress bag
Each delegate can collect a congress bag which includes a programme book.

Electricity
Electricity supply in Portugal is 220 AC and the connection is made by a two-pin plug.
Please be aware that delegates from the USA will require a voltage converter. Delegates from the United Kingdom will require a plug adapter and this is best bought in the UK as they are hard to find in Lisbon.

Emergency Telephone Number
In case of emergency call 112 for police, fire brigade and ambulance service.

Exhibition
A technical exhibition will be organised jointly with the congress.

First Aid
There will be a medical unit present for first aid in the congress venue. In case of emergency contact a security guard immediately.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept responsibility for any personal damage. Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance.

Language
The meeting will be conducted in English, there will be no translation provided.

Lost and Found
Found items should be returned to the registration desk. If you lose something, please report to this desk for assistance.
 
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones must be switched off during all sessions.

Press Centre
Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the Congress. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or at onsite registration desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2013/2014 and original assignment letter).

Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag, to be picked up at the press centre. Internet access, fax machine, printer and photocopier are provided.

Registrations
All registrations must be made through the online registration system: registrations.uroweb.org (available as of 3 March 2014).

Safety
All bags may be subject to inspection. Security is present for your safety. Please take all personal effects with you when leaving the session rooms.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the congress centre and the exhibition area.

Transportation
Lisbon Congress Centre is easily accessible by public transport. The venue is at 10 minutes walking distance from the train station. The metro stop is across the street. It takes approximately a 2 minute walk to the venue. Bus stops are close by and the venue is situated at a 15 minute distance from the airport by taxi.
